Eryri Night Races

The Night Races are a series of informal, score-style events that take place in various built up areas across North West Wales. These are a great opportunity to get out and enjoy the darker season of winter, and can also be a great place to begin your orienteering career as there will be members available to talk you through all the details and techniques that you need to know.

All events start with a mass start at 7pm, and competitors have one hour to visit as many control points as possible in order to get the highest possible score by choosing their own routes. You will be provided with a map and clue sheet, and you will need to bring the required kit as well as a waterproof pen to provide evidence for visiting the controls.  To take part, you can attend any of the events planned without entering in advance.
